    Minimum stay:

    • 7 nights during school holidays, maybe shorter by request.
    • 4 nights outside the school holidays.
    Cancellation policy:

    • Cancellation till 30 days before arrival: 30% from the total booking cost.
    • Any cancellation later than 30 days before arrival: 100% from the total booking cost.
    Payment policy:

    • Initial deposit of 30% of the total price to confirm booking.
    • Rest amount of 70% at least 30 days before arrival.

      Check-in and Check-out

      Check-in is available from 5 PM, and we kindly ask guests to check out by 10 AM to allow us to prepare the home for the next visitors.

      Bedlinnen, as well as bath- and kitchen towels are included, ensuring a refreshing experience throughout your stay.

      Entertainment

      Stay connected with reliable Wi-Fi and enjoy your favorite tunes with our JBL speakers, perfect for both indoor and outdoor settings.

      Water & Electricity

      Electricity usage is included up to 250kWh. Please be mindful of energy use and handle all equipment with care. Our heating system is efficient, but we encourage responsible usage to maintain our eco-friendly standards.
